Dr. Slack is a kind and compassionate dentist whose practice is devoted to providing beautiful, healthy smiles. Though his office is equipped with the most state-of-the-art equipment and Dr. Slack is highly skilled in the most recent dental practices, his warm and caring nature are what bring his patients back. Many of Dr. Slacks patients have been with him since 1985 when he first began practicing, though he always welcomes new faces and smiles to his dental home. Dr. Slack has been a member of Rotary International since 1985 and makes yearly trips to third world countries to perform dentistry on the underprivileged ~ his greatest professional achievement is being able to bring smiles to people who couldn't otherwise have healthy teeth.  In addition, Dr. Slack is instrumental in increasing knowledge about the dangers associated with tobacco use among the general population. Dr Slack is the first dentist in his area to utilize the Velscope in his oral cancer examination of his patients.  This allows for the earliest detection of potential cancer in the mouth.

Dr. Slack is a graduate of Utah State University and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Case Western Reserve University. His many professional memberships include the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, Colorado Prosthodontic Society, the Crown Council and General Membership in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. In addition, Dr. Slack stays abreast of all current advancements in Dentistry. He is among a select group of dentists in the U.S. who have graduated from the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and he logs over 150 hours of continuing education each year in order to offer his patients the best dental options available.

Dr. Slack is raising his four children, Chase, Chelsea, Henry and Isaac, and an assortment of dogs and cats.  After a successful twenty years in private practice in the Denver area, he and his family moved to Breckenridge to enjoy small town life and the Colorado mountains up close!  He resides in Breckenridge and commutes gorgeous Hwy 91 to treat Lake County patients at his practice in a little historic house on Poplar Street in Leadville.  Dr. Slack and his team invite you to come home to Ridge Street Dental in our remodeled historic home on Ridge Street.

        Dr. Sabrina Goff D.D.S. was born and raised in Denver Colorado. After graduating from East High School in Denver, Dr. Goff moved to Boulder Colorado where she received her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Colorado in Molecular Cellular and Developmental Biology. Because of her love for the mountains and the activities it provides, Dr. Goff moved to Breckenridge following graduation from the University of Colorado. While in Breckenridge Dr. Goff enjoyed mountain living for 2 years and supported herself and her dog Austin by working as a waitress at Downstairs at Eric’s. Dr. Goff planned on only spending 1 year in Summit County, but like many others it turned into more. After the second year Dr. Goff decided to follow her goal of returning to school to attain her degree in Dentistry.
     Dr. Goff returned to Denver/Aurora for 4 more years where she received her Degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. As part of her education and training in dental school, Dr. Goff took every opportunity she could to travel to the mountains for rotations and volunteer opportunities. These included a week working on the Smile Maker’s bus in Edwards, which provides free dental care to underserved children in Eagle county, and she also spent 2 months at the Community Care Clinic in Frisco, which provides affordable dental care for low income families in Summit County. 
      Dr. Goff always hoped she would be able to return to Summit County to practice dentistry and she is very pleased to join Dr. Slack and hisdental team, which will allow the practice to be open in Breckenridge full time in addition to its sister practice in Leadville offering more hours.  Dr. Goff is a member of the Colorado Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the Delta Sigma Delta dental fraternity. She has been trained in restorative dentistry, cosmetics, implantology, crown and bridge, oral surgery, endodonics and removable prosthodontics while at the University of Colorado and plans on furthering her education by attending many continuing education classes.
